Standard Accommodation

Rooms at the Feline Inn have a view into a beautiful garden atrium and all rooms are filled with natural light and fresh air, a bright and cheery atmosphere with impeccable cleanliness.

Every room has comfy hammock beds with non-allergenic fluffy covers, a scratching post and a toileting tray which is cleaned regularly throughout the day.   We even have soothing music played throughout the facility 24 hours a day to promote a pleasantenvironment.

Each room is 3 metres long, 2 metres high, 1 metre wide and fully enclosed, giving your cat plenty of room to safely stretch out, relax and explore their surroundings. This ensures safety and peace of mind while you are away.

We have access to 24 hour veterinary care if ever the need arises and our dedicated, pet loving staff will do everything to care for your cat, just as you do at home.

Luxury Accommodation

Our luxury accommodation is perfect for the pampered cat.  The suites are tailored for cats whose owners want them to have the best of everything. 

Designed to simulate the home environment, luxury suites have single beds with doonas for your cat to snuggle into, a televisionand choice of music to make your cat feel most comfortable.  Each suite has a window to allow for plenty of fresh air, natural light and a view of the beautiful natural surroundings. 

There is a fully secured outdoor area leading from each suite so there is plenty of room to relax and play.

This is also the perfect solution for those clients who have a cat and a dog who are used to each other’s company and want to take their holiday together.

We offer a complimentary Playtime session per day to all guests in the suites.

Cat Boarding Requirements

Cat Vaccinations

To ensure full protection for all cats boarding at Hanrob each guest must be fully vaccinated.

Verification that vaccinations have been completed is required and we ask you to present the current certificates before or at the time of arrival.

All annual vaccinations must be completed at least seven days prior to the commencement of boarding.

Cats must have completed the F3 vaccination course. This vaccine covers Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis.

Cat Ages

Your cat ought to be between five months (20 weeks) and 15 years of age and de-sexed.


Cat Boarding Minimum Stays – School Holidays

Minimum 4 days at both Heathcote and Sydney Airport facilities.
If your booking dates fall either on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day, a minimum stay of 12 days is required at both Heathcote and Sydney Airport.

Cat Medication and Special Feeding

If your cat requires any medication and/or special feeding please ensure you provide full details at time of arrival (at Hanrob or vet agency) and that all items are clearly identified with full instructions. To ensure these instructions are administered each detail is recorded in our database and reported on daily.

These services are complimentary and attract no additional charge.

Cat Feeding

Cats are offered a daily meal delight of Fancy Feast (wet food) and Purina premium pro plan kibble (dry food) in a variety of fish and poultry selections. These are servedas separate dishes for your loved one to enjoy through-out the day.

You are welcome to specify yourpets preferred mix or alternatively BYO food. There is no additional charge for this service. Your beloved pet will be supervised at all times and fussy eaters are catered for and hand fed.

Cat Aged Care

Cat aged care boarding is compulsory for all cats 11 years and over so that we can keep a closer eye on our most senior guests.

Upon arrival at Hanrob we will complete a health questionnaire and note any areas that we need to be particularly mindful of.  We provide regular health checks throughout every day of your cats stay to monitor eating, drinking, toileting and general well being.

Our guests are cared for by dedicated and trained cat loving staff, who give them lots of love and attention while you are away.
