At Hanrob we have lots of options to make sure that we cater to all of our guests’ needs. You can select your preferred style of accommodation and activities for your pet’s holiday, or to make things easier for you, we have listed our recommendations below.

DOG BOARDING PACKAGES

Social Pooch
For the dog that loves the company of other dogs, Playtime Pals is the best playtime option, giving them two hours of socialising, playing and exercising with dogs of a similar size. This is also a great opportunity to improve your dog’s social skills under the supervision of trained staff. An aromatherapy wash and dry at the end of their stay ensures that they go home happy, content and smelling lovely. Boarding + Playtime Pals* + Grooming

Pampered Pooch
The pampered pooch will feel right at home in our suites, which have all the luxuries including a bed and doona, television, indoor/outdoor area and a ceiling fan. Daily Playtime Pals or Plus ensures that they have exercise, stimulation and socialisation, and an aromatherapy wash and blow dry is the perfect ending to the holiday.

Solo Pooch
For the dog that prefers its own space and human interaction, we recommend single boarding with two additional Playtimes to give them regular, short bursts of exercise and human play. A bath at the end of their stay returns them home refreshed.

Laid Back Pooch
For the dog that has simple needs, we recommend kennel accommodation plus two additional daily Playtime sessions and a bath at the end of their stay.

Sporty Pooch
For the active dog we recommend boarding with 4 hours of Playtime Plus daily, and an aromatherapy wash and dry at the end of their stay. This is the perfect combination to keep your dog stimulated, well exercised and happy.

Elderly Pooch
For all dogs over 11 years we provide aged care to these guests to ensure that their health is monitored closely and any additional needs are catered to. Our aged care rooms also have heated floors to help ease arthritic bones. For our elderly guests we recommend one additional Playtime daily to ensure that they have regular gentle exercise – and a bath at the end of their stay sends them home well
rested and content.

DOG TRAINING PACKAGES

Learning Pooch
The young and adolescent pup needs socialisation, stimulation and dog training. We recommend Premium Graduate Dog Training Program plus regular Playtime Pals. A complementary bath on departure is a great end to their holiday.

Note: Premium Graduate Dog Training program is recommended for all young dogs, which combines our 18 day live-in, intensive Dog Training School with 2 Home Dog Training visits, where our trainers come to your home. This program comes with a Lifetime In-Home Support Guarantee.

Educated Pooch
For the dog that is Hanrob trained and needs follow up training and mental stimulation during their stay. We recommend daily training sessions, plus Playtime Pals to ensure that your dog is exercised and socialised, with a bath on departure.

PRICES

Dog Boarding from $29 per day including one Playtime session.
This price will vary for medium to large dogs and dogs that board alone. A surcharge is added during peak season and for Sydney Airport guests. Prices are based on a calendar day.

Suite accommodation from $72.50 per day including one Playtime session.
This rate is reduced for additional family members staying in the same suite. A surcharge will be charged during peak season and for Sydney Airport guests. Prices are based on a calendar day.

Aged Care $4.50 per day (for dogs over 11 years)

All Playtime is supervised by trained staff and held in secure play yards. There is surcharge added to this service for Sydney Airport Guests.

Premium Graduate Dog Training $795.00 plus boarding (includes 18 days training, departure lesson and 2 home visits plus Lifetime In Home Support Guarantee)
Follow Up Dog Training $27.50 per day (available to all Hanrob Graduates)

Pet Taxi is a free service between our vet agents and Hanrob, Heathcote facility. (operates Monday to Friday)
Home Pick-up and Delivery from $75 each way for service to and from your home within Sydney metro. (operates Monday to Friday)
Limousine Transfer available upon request.

Things to remember

All dogs are to be fully vaccinated to a C5 level. Two consecutive vaccinations must be shown upon admission
All Playtime has staff supervision and interaction.
One Playtime session is included in each day’s boarding for dogs. Further sessions can be purchased depending on your dog’s needs.
Dogs and cats must be desexed to participate in group Playtime activities.
We recommend companion boarding for most dogs and cats. They are matched according to size, age and temperament and monitored closely to ensure they settle in well.
Some dogs must board on their own due to their size, their temperament or the characteristics of their breed. This is purely for the dog’s wellbeing and safety. Higher boarding fees apply to these dogs. Owners may also choose to board their dogs on their own. This also attracts higher boarding fees. Some Board on Own dogs may not participate in group Playtime.
Some cats prefer their own space and their owner may choose “Board on Own”. Higher boarding fees apply to these cats.
Boarding and training fees are calculated on a calendar day basis irrespective of the time of admission or departure.
Pet Taxi only operates through Heathcote facility, Monday to Friday.
Peak season aligns with NSW school holidays and long weekends.
Reduced rates are available for guests staying over 50 days.
