Terms & Conditions

1 - All animals are to be between 5 months and 15 years of age and be fully vaccinated to a C5 or F3 level. Two consecutive vaccinations must be shown upon admission

2 - All cats must be desexed

3 - Hanrob Pet Care Centre (Hanrob) reserves the right to refuse entry of any animal

4 - A non-refundable boarding fee, as set by Hanrob, is payable by credit card at the time of booking for each animal. Accounts for pet/s being delivered home or to an Agency, will be processed by credit card on departure. Long term boarders will have monthly payments processed on the credit card

5 - The full period booked will be charged during school holiday periods

6 - Boarding rates are charged on a calendar day basis

7 - The owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding in effect on the date the pet is checked into Hanrob (as advised in the price list)

8 - The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested and all veterinary costs for the pet during the time the pet is in Hanrob's care

9 - The owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the pet while it is in Hanrob's care

10 - The owner specifically represents that he or she is the sole owner of the pet, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances

11 - All charges incurred by the owner must be paid before the pet leaves Hanrob

12 - If all charges are not paid, Hanrob has the right to offer the pet for public sale. If such a sale does not secure a price adequate to cover the charges and the cost of sale, the owner is liable to Hanrob for the difference. Hanrob may take this course of action if not advised of a pick up date within two (2) weeks of the advised dates

13 - If veterinary attention is necessary for the pet, the owner is liable for all such expenses

14 - Under no circumstances will Hanrob, or its employees or agents, be held responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza, injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent, act or omission of Hanrob, its employees or agents, that may occur to any pet staying at Hanrob

15 - The pet will be delivered to any person who is prepared to declare that they have the owners' authority to do so, unless otherwise instructed in writing

16 - By signing these conditions the owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given about the pet. The owner acknowledges that the signing of this contract shall create a lien over the animal in favour of Hanrob, which lien shall continue to exist whilst ever monies are owing pursuant to contract

1 - A minimum parking stay of 1 day applies for discount to apply.
2 - Offer only valid for cashier transaction at the car park exit.
3 - Parking voucher is only valid for use concurrently with a booking at Park, Bark & Purr and is not valid for use with any other promotional offer issued by Sydney Airport. Only one Parking voucher may be used at a time.

4 - Park, Bark & Purr accepts no liability and will not reissue or reimburse Parking

Privacy of your Personal Information

Hanrob Pty Limited (ABN 69 082 974 936) is the owner and publisher of the content contained in this website. This privacy policy applies to Hanrob and its related entities.

If you choose not to provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to contract with you or provide you with the information you may require.

If you visit our website, we may record information about your visit including the type of browser and operating system you use, the previous site you visited, your server’s IP address, the pages you access and the information downloaded by you. While the anonymous statistical data we collect may be aggregated and used in broader statistical analysis by us and our web monitoring service provider to improve our services, at no time can we personally identify you as the source of that data.

Our website may contain links to websites which are owned or operated by third parties. You should make your own enquiries as to the privacy policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for information on, or the privacy practices of, such websites.

The kinds of personal information we collect and store will depend on what products and services you request from us. However, it may include (amongst other things):

  • personal information you give us when you request a product or service from us. This information may include the dates you intend to board your pet/s, preferred Vet Agency and details relating to your dog/s or cat/s;
  • personal information you give us when you make a booking. This may include your name, address, telephone numbers, email address and credit card details;
  • communications between you and us; and
  • transactional information about your use of our products and services (eg, your feedback on your pet's stay with us or training experience).

If we use or disclose your personal information for a purpose (the "secondary purpose") other the main reason for which it was originally collected (the "primary purpose"), to the extent required by law, we will ensure that:

  • the secondary purpose is related to the primary purpose of collection (and directly related in the case of sensitive information), and you would reasonably expect that we would use or disclose your information in that way; or
  • you have consented to the use or disclosure of your personal information for the secondary purpose; or
  • the use or disclosure is required or authorised by or under law; or
  • the use or disclosure is otherwise permitted by law (for example, as a necessary part of an investigation of suspected unlawful activity).

Securing your Personal Information

Our employees are responsible for handling your personal information and educated about the requirements of the National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act. Personal information that we hold on our systems is protected through the use of secure passwords and other security procedures including physical, network and computer security. Access to your personal information is limited to those who specifically need it to conduct their responsibilities. You may request access to your personal information, provided your request is in writing and you provide us with proof of your identity. Your request will be responded to in a reasonable time and you may be asked to pay any reasonable costs incurred by us in responding to your request.

How Your Personal Information Will Be Used         

We collect your personal information so that we can use it for our functions and activities, which include, amongst other things:
  • processing your booking;
  • being aware of any special requirements (health or otherwise) your pet/s may have;
  • providing you with confirmation of your booking and advising you of any changes to your pet/s booking;;
  • confirming your pet/s vaccination status;
  • addressing any feedback or complaints you may have;
  • assisting vets with any health care requirements that your pet/s may have;;
  • answering any queries you may have; and
  • any purposes for which it was requested and directly related purposes, and developing, improving and marketing our products and services.

If you do not provide us with your personal information, we will be unable to do one or more of the above (including being unable to accept any booking).

If you also subscribe to our mailing list, we may email to you updates about our products and services. If you do not wish to remain a subscriber to our mailing list or otherwise receive updates on our products and services, you are able to remove your details from the subscriptions list.

We will assume you consent to management of your personal information in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy (which may change from time to time) and our Privacy Statement until you tell us to the contrary by following the instructions contained in our website or contacting us using our contact details below.

Exchange of Personal Information with Third Parties                                                   

Personal information we collect from you may be disclosed:
  • to any entity to which we are required or authorised by or under law to disclose such information (for instance, law enforcement agencies and investigative agencies, courts, various other government bodies);
